How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Standard delivery across Canada takes 2–7 business days. For Drew and Ros Hommerson orders, processing may take up to 10 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders over $99 (before taxes). For orders under $99, a flat rate of $14.99 applies. We ship to Canadian addresses only — international shipping and P.O. Boxes are not available.

What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original undamaged packaging. Please contact us for return authorization before sending anything back.

How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

What items cannot be returned?

Custom-made products, special orders, made-to-order items, breast prostheses, lingerie and swimwear, pillows, some health and personal care items, and anything marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

We will replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items free of charge, including shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement.

Do you have a holiday return policy?

Yes! Items purchased between November 15 and December 15 can be returned or exchanged until January 15, subject to our standard return conditions.
