Ordering

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and payment information. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

For Drew and Ros Hommerson orders, processing time may be extended up to 10 business days as we work to improve turnaround times.

Third-Party Shipping

Some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers. Delivery times may vary slightly. Shipping costs and conditions remain the same. Tracking information for these orders may only be available upon request.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed and shipped. If you have not received your tracking information, please contact us and we will respond within 1-2 business days.

Please note that tracking requests made before order processing is complete cannot be fulfilled.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Returns can be made in-store or by mail. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

For orders affected by backorder or transit delays, returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Holiday Returns

Items purchased between November 15 and December 15 may be returned or exchanged until January 15, subject to our standard return policy.

Item Condition Requirements

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us before sending your item back. Unauthorized returns may be declined. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Excessive Returns

We reserve the right to decline orders from customers with repeated returns. A restocking fee of $20 per item applies when returning more than 2 items. This policy also applies to items purchased in separate orders within 30 days.

In-Store Returns

You may return items directly to our store at the address above. In most cases, your return or exchange will be processed immediately. If you paid by credit card, please bring it with you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Declined Refunds

If your refund is declined, you may pick up your item in-store or request return shipping (additional charges apply) within 30 days. After 30 days, item availability is not guaranteed.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge, including shipping.
